Only feesable for very mild snoring and UAR. An AHI from 60 to 55 is not a solution, especially when the limit is 5 events or less per hour. Any improvement is usually a "placebo" effect and problems return within 3 months or so. Proper education from trained sleep professionals in the use of CPAP is by far the most effective method. You made a good point about how bed can be a lonely place that gets you thinking about things that you would otherwise be too busy too.. The poem kind of shows a side to life in the lives of people who have illnesses that some of us could never imagine having.. it kind of shows the harsh reality of what you have to go through every day and i love that you shared that with us.. It was sad but sad can be just as beautiful and the emotions it can bring can be a very saddening but beautiful thing also..
